O-RING FPM (green) Oil, Hydrocarbon up to 180°C

 O-Rings are essential for sealing between the Press fittings to the pipes and guarantee that the joint is hermetically sealed. FPM is a type of synthetic rubber and fluoropolymer elastomer, suitable for a broad range of applications,  commomly referred to as Viton, it  can be used with some Ketones and Esters. FPM combines excellent chemical compatibility with outstanding temperature resistance -20 °C to +180 °C, a high density and long lasting sealing performance. Also known as FKM or fluoroelastomer rubber. Under no circumstance can ordinary commercial O-Rings be substituted.
