O-RING EPDM (black) potable water

These O-Rings are fitted as standard to all fittings and are essential for sealing between the Press fittings to the pipes and guarantee that the joint is hermetically sealed. EPDM is a type of synthetic rubber suitable for a broad range of applications, but not oils or fuel. It is good for potable water and steam applications and has fair chemical resistace. Under no circumstance can ordinary commercial O-Rings be substituted.
